Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Gberu, concerning your access to and use of the Gberu website and mobile application.

You agree that by accessing the Application, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Application.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Gberu's materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Gberu's application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Delivery Services

Gberu acts as a platform connecting customers with independent delivery partners. We do not directly provide delivery services but facilitate connections between users and delivery partners.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, and partner availability.

You agree to provide accurate pickup and delivery information and to be available at the specified times for package handover.

Payment Terms

Payment for delivery services is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as displayed in the application. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

Refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy for cancelled or failed deliveries. Processing fees may apply to refunds.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gberu or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Gberu's services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
